To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

太座一家人話食生日飯,我當然開心,由太座親自訂了這店,事前還預訂了得獎菜"一枝獨秀"和壽包,一行十一人未夠八點已到齊,等了五分鐘才可入坐,入到去一看,坐長檯?食中菜喎,頭同尾都唔知點講嘢,D食物又要左傳右傳,成個氣氛即時比佢破壞咗!擾攘一番後,安排坐下就叫菜,看不明菜牌內的意思再問職員,職員態度很好,建議我們叫六位套餐再加其他想食的菜,想落也ok,但處理就非常混亂,叫紅酒開錯白酒,預訂的得獎菜"一枝獨秀"結果沒上。服務態度幾好都無用,運作混亂,安排不周!以下首先是套餐內的食品:~醬蘿白-味清香,甜而爽口;餚肉-面層清爽不膩,底層淋而香,口感層次分明;酸魚-魚肉沾粉炸後再上糖醋,用類似咕嚕的做法,入口面香脆,內嫩滑,更味帶甜酸,醒胃了得;蠔油磨菇-盡顯師父刀功,但味道偏咸一點,磨菇卻頗爽口;牡丹蝦仁-味偏淡一點,但仍可嘗到蝦的一點鮮甜,入口彈牙;醉雞-酒香濃郁,雞肉嫩滑;烤鴨-鴨肉嫩皮脆,淨食也不覺膩,用傳統包餅皮加蔥絲等食更覺濃濃鴨味中夾附清香;花膠津白湯-原隻花膠筒上,入口富膠質有噬口得嚟又夠淋,個湯明顯用金華火腿加花膠燉成,絕非味精,湯清甜中帶濃濃的花膠香;烤魚頭-個人對魚頭興趣不

-無花巧,竹笙用高湯煨透,放在豆腐上,倍以小棠菜和毛豆,再灑上茨汁,清淡中帶香甜,是一道上佳素菜,如放在一開始時先食就更佳;
