生炒骨, 我最鍾意果種有肉帶有骨的口感, 呢個集合色、香、味俱全的生炒排骨,不但顔色好看,而且美味可口。豬排骨表面炸到酥脆,再裹上一層亮麗的糖醋番茄醬,酸酸甜甜的味道可增加不少食慾。甜酸排骨還加入菠蘿一起炒,不但能增加整道菜的酸味及果香味,而且也能中和排骨的油膩感芝士汁海皇焗西蘭花, 香滑忌廉配味道濃厚的芝士,用鍚紙包住黎焗, 熱辣辣幾香,賣相都幾靚仔,由大大棵西蘭花包圍著中間的蝦, 墨魚,芝士汁味唔濃,食完唔好覺膩,西蘭花大大舊有咬口唔腍,蝦同墨魚好都爽脆, 再配上芝士汁, 口感百感交集美極香煎鮑魚, 鮑魚口感豐富,鮮甜多汁,雖然吾算大隻, 但肉質厚實,充滿嘴嚼彈牙的口感
