今朝10點半和爸爸出發去沙田市中心辦年貨,之後去咗沙田新城市廣場一期地下「明珠閣」食午餐,我哋之前只係幫襯過幾次,印象不深刻,所以沒有經常幫襯,今日行攰左唔想去大家樂食自助快餐,又唔想去美心酒樓等位,今日在沒有計劃之下點了炸乳鴿$58一隻&南瓜海鮮焗飯,埋單$260,反而食得好開心同覺得好好食。餐廳每人派了一對包裝得很精緻給迷你的膠手套用來手撕乳鴿食,另外有一個底部放左牛油紙的鐵桶俾我哋裝乳鴿的骨頭;南瓜海鮮焗飯$168淨係個南瓜最少都要蒸半小時,還要將它切開及挖去核襄,啲蝦同帶子都好多,嗰個芝士汁沒有牛油,阿爸居然食到,成個焗飯焗出嚟熱辣辣,伴菜還有很多炸的粗薯條和很多西蘭花👍👍👍👍,好過嗰啲蛋白菜粒炒飯,咁易做不如喺屋企整,讚!
