To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 接媽咪放工順便一齊食飯,喺港島區就最方便,是日選擇地方是灣仔,大家平時唔係成日食越南野,不過打從心底都好鍾意。 餐廳的餐牌好有趣,普通散叫餐牌有加一服務費但是套餐就沒有。 二人套餐$298 熟牛肉金邊粉,生牛肉檬粉 原來生熟牛肉分別不大,因為熟牛肉先放入湯之前已經熟了,但是生牛肉是未煮然後直接放入這個熱湯裏面,因為湯底溫度也很足夠所以好似打邊爐咁好快搞掂。金邊粉有少少似有彈性嘅窄身河粉,本身應該係一大餅,所以好多交錯。另外檬粉仲有啲似爽口但是比較幼身的瀨粉,各有不同。湯底清新但係如果食辣嘅話可以配搭提供的辣椒,豐富得多。牛肉的質素也實在不錯,起碼脂肪分布比較平均。 法式牛油蒜蓉雞翼 外皮炸得香脆,而且蒜蓉牛油味非常濃郁,估唔到可以咁好食,雞翼亦都保留應有的水份。所以就算散叫都好推薦! 蒜蓉牛油焗頂級大頭蝦 將一隻龍蝦分開兩邊,然後係表面瘋狂加蒜蓉,味道好香不過食完個口就好臭啦,大頭蝦好多肉好爽,亦有大量蝦膏係個頭度,好香呢! 椰汁三色冰 冰凍椰青+$18 果然夠冰凍,大大件,而且又清甜,真是我的最愛!旁邊有很多椰子肉可以食用,吃完真的飽到一個點呢-00-如果以價錢來講,椰汁三色冰本來不

椰汁三色冰 冰凍椰青+$18 果然夠冰凍,大大件,而且又清甜,真是我的最愛!旁邊有很多椰子肉可以食用,吃完真的飽到一個點呢-00-如果以價錢來講,椰汁三色冰本來不需要加錢,正價大約二十幾元,椰青正價三十幾元,但是套餐轉需要加$18 ,明顯是沒有那麼抵的,不過誰叫這是我最愛的飲品呢!而且平日不會買椰青回家喝是因為懶得開⋯

粵式蒸粉卷四件$42 出面有少少似粉果外皮,晶瑩剔透,裏面有蘿蔔也有粉葛,木耳等等配料,非常豐富。香氣十足呢!

牛油蒜蓉法包$34 牛油和蒜蓉非常豐富,而且法式麵包也烘得夠香脆,單吃已經很好吃,比起很多西餐店還要好。
