To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一早聽身邊的朋友、客戶極力推介,星期一放假,終於有機會一試了!因為午巿BUFFET只有一至五提供。跟爸媽到此一嚐!餐廳環境舒適,每枱的空間十足,不會讓人有擠迫的感覺。侍應態度友善,服務水準一流!食物用料新鮮,跟味精say no!我們encore了黑松露野菌餃、燕窩蛋撻,仲有小籠包!特別是黑松露野菌餃,味道很清新,是我最欣賞的點心。還有她的鵝肝芋角,鵝肝大大舊,用料十足,正正正!其他美味點心包括煎腸粉、蘿白糕、腐皮卷......下次放假一定要再來。
