Restaurant: Bismillah Kebab House
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

美味的卡巴店

喜歡食卡巴的我， 我食過很多間連鎖店卡巴都不及呢間不是連鎖店的卡巴好食， 我叫了一個羊嘅卡巴，老細問我有冇食過類似印度pizza咁嘅東西，我話冇試過他問我要唔要一個試下，我馬上點了一個，來到的時候裏面是兩溝的，羊肉同埋雞肉一齊的，看上去好像我哋中國的鹹煎餅一樣，食落口味真係橡薄餅一樣，但是裏面有印度的香料羊肉及雞肉都是醃製過，有獨有的味道再加上印度的芝士食落非常特別同香口， 最後仲叫了一個超抵食的羊架， 味道好食到不得之了， 濃郁的羊架再加獨有的特別香草，真係絕配，初頭怕唔夠食點了一個橙色的咖哩，我忘記了名字，但味道就算不過不失，飲品叫了印度甜乳酪又係卡迟的絕配，喜歡印度的人一定要來。
