響荃灣嗰頭返工,有日食飯時間盲中中咁嚟左呢間紅茶,叫左碟干炒牛河,一試驚喜,佢唔單止係一碟干炒牛河,而係一碟有靈魂嘅干炒牛河,肉汁被鎖住牛肉內,唔肥,河粉炒完都仲可以一條條,夾起亦有彈性,河粉表面亦有光澤,夠獲氣,我已經好耐冇食過咁好味嘅牛河喇,我記得以前尖沙咀地庫有一間師傅有咁嘅功力,但間餐廳已經執左,依家竟然可以響荃灣食得返^.<
