土瓜灣這間「馬六」新開張不久,今晚和阿仔兩個來撐枱腳。店舖裝修新淨,主要是食東南亞菜式,招牌菜是海南雞、肉骨茶、喇沙…海南雞飯拼白胡椒肉骨茶$88店主說「馬六」的海南雞是農家養飼的龍崗雞,龍崗雞外形較短少粗身,雞皮厚,黃油較多,肉質較嫩滑香濃。最喜歡是上枱的雞肉已去骨,再配上以雞油烹煮的米飯,正。肉骨茶加入大量白胡椒,湯色較淺,胡椒味濃烈而且香味十足。湯內的腩排充分吸收了肉骨茶,口感軟嫩肉質鮮美,豐腴而不油膩,令人飽足。冬菇雞絲湯金邊粉$56雞湯底鮮甜,值得一讚。無骨露筍雞翼$48無骨雞中翼內讓了一條露筍和一條紅蘿蔔,店主說是用超過十種以上的香料醃製,口味濃郁,口感厚重,很好吃。
