Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

美味的豬頸肉小鍋米線

今天中午，我和同事又找餐廳吃午餐，我們都喜歡吃米線，不過譚仔的米線愈來愈難吃，大家食的環境又比較污糟。於是，我們今天便去雲桂香！中午12:45左右，幸好還有位置。我叫了豬頸肉小鍋米線，走辣，走芽菜，酸菜，韮菜和蔥，只要芫茜^_^豬頸肉米線方面，米線份量都算多，至少多過大家食。米線少少煙韌，不過不會痴牙，而且相當入味，十分美味！。豬頸肉有5塊左右，厚度適中，不會太堅韌，而且十分入味，味道不錯。由於走辣，湯底甜甜的，味道不錯，當水喝都可以^_^價錢方面，這間米線便比較貴了，豬頸肉小鍋米線$37，沒有飲品。即使其他米線，一款餸都需要$32，其實比較昂貴了一點。總結來說，這間米線十分美味，好吃過譚仔和大家食，不過比較貴了一點，但其實$37都可以接受。
