To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這一間是我在網上瀏覽別人的美食介紹時知道的,有朋友也吃過,她說味道不錯,於是趁剛好來到銅鑼灣這邊時就試一試。點餐前看見很多人都點了香酥雞腿,但我對雞翼情有獨中,於是點了香酥雞翼便當😛。便當有跟餐飲,可選指定的三款或是其他飲料正價減8元。本來想喝芝士奶蓋系列,但發現原來這間是沒有的,於是點了洋甘菊金萱烏龍+$5 要了芋圓。香酥雞翼真的很好吃😍其實我想應該是沾了炸粉的生炸雞翼,外皮脆脆的很香。便當的飯量比我想像中的多,配料也很滿。而飲料方面,我沒有選擇甜度,但不會很甜,有淡淡的洋甘菊味道。芋圓的數量也滿多,小小的一顆,但不是喝每一口都能吸到,結果烏龍喝完杯裡很剩了很多芋圓😂 口感亦煙韌,不過好像沒甚麼味道。不過雞翼的美味道絕對會回頭~😀
