好同事牛一想食鐵板燒,我哋二話不說就訂定喜來登酒店雲海嘅午餐鐵板燒放題,平日$499+!呢間野一定要訂定位重要講明係要食放題,因為佢會用鐵板燒吧枱來做放題用,如果唔訂好嘅話就要食最平都要差不多價錢一set嘅a la cart啦我哋一坐低就梗係叫咗嘢飲先啦,(任飲)最衰係要返工唔可以嗌酒,所以大家都叫做汽水,其實可樂配燒肉真係一絕嘅!之後就跟Menu咁樣先來個前菜刺身,再之後就係三文魚,蝦,帶子,羊架,雞肉,鴨肝(只有每人一客)同埋澳洲和牛薄片!三文魚皮脆肉嫩,超香,心機之作蝦爽的,帶子也外香內軟,好味鴨肝又厚又油,滯但正!和牛薄片配上洋蔥同埋炸蒜片,入口是有牛油嘅香味,洋蔥中和了點又加埋啲炸蒜片真係満足到味蕾!醒目嘅大廚見我哋幾個意猶未盡唔使出聲都幫我地整多幾件蝦同帶子!之後仲order定廚房切多20片牛肉片出嚟招呼我哋幾個!當然我哋仲唔執輸再叫下三文魚咁~最後仲有炒什菜,炒飯(滋賀縣米),面鼓湯同埋綠茶雪糕.... 大滿足的一頓豐富午餐呢~
