下午經過旺角通菜街, 午飯時間見到有一間叫牛極的石燒店, 非常吸引一於入去試下。近期興起石燒牛,以火山石燒牛扒,成為流行的食牛扒方式。一入門口見到自助下單機,可以自行下單後再入座。 我點了兩份很抵吃的牛,牛肩排 180g $80和牛柳 200g $110。所有套餐已包沙律、飯及湯,見牛扒未到我先出去自助區攞了些沙律、麵豉湯、醬料和白飯, 之後店員很快就為我們送上石燒牛肉,師傅會先將牛肉燒至一成熟,再放在經過焗爐烤至攝氏300度的火山石上。牛柳~ 牛柳的肉質相比牛肩排紮實, 肉汁豐富, 兩者的牛味都十分濃郁。再配上餐廳的蒜蓉、燒肉汁和辛辣燒汁, 又有另一番風味。牛肩排~ 肉質嫩滑, 油脂分佈比例比牛柳多, 口感軟腍。非常抵吃的石燒牛, 價錢親民, 座位舒適, 推介給所有喜歡食牛的朋友。
