To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前喺銅鑼灣返工我差唔多餐餐Lunch都係譚仔果陣食咁多餐都唔會覺得悶呢兩個月都冇食過突然好想食就嚟到又一城既food court食啦7:00pm到完全唔洗排隊好surprise我叫左個過橋米線同埋蒜泥白肉同friend share對比起一人一碗過橋米線真係好抵又多配料落左單五分鐘左右就做好啦今日揀左胡辣湯底好香啊係久違既味道譚仔既米線永遠都唔會令我失望因為一定唔會煮得太淋軟硬到剛剛好三哥先有個胡辣湯底好有胡椒香味唔算好辣唔太食得辣既人都應該Handle倒配料方面我平時最鍾意既酸菜同埋炸醬有成碟撈炸醬攞啖麵度食真係一大享受另外肉類都幾多牛肉雞肉我各自都食左兩三片$55兩個人share一人二十幾蚊真係好抵兩個女仔share嚟食一定冇問題蒜泥白肉雖然好肥但係味道真係冇得輸強勁既蒜味配上半肥瘦既肉食落帶微脆好想一舊接一舊咁食以前我好鍾意用隻更放好一啖麵再用湯填滿隻更但之前睇新聞話譚仔湯底既鈉含量超標所以我今次都冇咩飲d湯但係食完之後一隻都好口渴飲幾多水都冇用以前都冇咁既情況唔通譚仔又落重左味精😨
