To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 《美味素》自從食素之後，基本上都冇去過大家樂，大快活。因為個menu除咗下午茶嗰西多之外，個menu係100%唔啱素食人士。若干年後，有一晚唔知道應該食乜好。我真心係身痕行入大快活睇下有咩改變，竟然比我見到餐牌上面有一行「美味素」😱😱😱竟然大快活有素食？雖然選擇唔多果一晚只係得一個素麻婆豆腐飯(用新豬肉OmniPork), 所以我決定試一試。環境⭐️⭐️大快活環境，完。價格⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️$41 碟頭飯+飲品。抵👍🏻 食物⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️唔知係咪因為我好肚餓，但成啲飯真係好好味。今次係第一次我覺得新豬肉配搭得好好，個醬汁又唔會太重味。再配合埋個糙米飯👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻食到最尾我食到刮碟😆😆😆 如果我再見到一定會再食🤝我問過職員佢話每日嘅菜式都唔一樣視乎有乜嘢材料。所以如果想試呢一個麻婆豆腐飯真係要碰一碰運氣🙏🏽不過之後去過幾次都冇素食。睇嚟食素都係要碰運氣😖
