To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日買左一盒羅漢齋、齋滷味返屋企加餸。阿姐雖然態度好一般, 但手腳好快, 仲會問我羅漢齋需唔需要加熱同埋要唔要筷子。齋滷味有分大中細, 我要左盒細, 可以揀三款, 揀左齋鴨腎、甜酸齋同豉油齋。講返食物。齋滷味 (圖左$20)無咁濃味甜酸齋: 甜酸適中, 顏色算係無咁似螢光色, 感覺上人造色素比出面買到既甜酸齋較少豉油齋: 少少咸, 無乜特別齋鴨腎: 表面醬汁甜甜地, 食落好似有d 五香粉之類既香料味, 亦夠煙韌羅漢齋 (圖右$35): 有紅蘿蔔、紹菜、雪耳、雲耳、冬菇、豆卜、腐竹等等, 有d 素蠔油味, 味道比較咸, 比較適合撈飯食!食物質素算唔錯。
