這一間西餐廳 Oggi 位處天后水星街、由天后站或者炮台山站前往皆可。店舖雖小,但五臟俱全,場上壁畫佈置,再加上高樓底,也不會給人侷促嘅感覺。食物方面,我們先點了秘製香脆雞翼($58)做starter ,慢煮20小時牛背骨($168)和藍青口白酒忌廉汁扁意粉($128) 做主食。先由麵包和餐湯開始。麵包是自家製的,香氣四溢,超想食多幾塊😋餐湯是甘筍湯,湯味道好好,非常濃厚。雞翼味道係小鹹味加秘製調味,再加上低溫油炸,外層脆卜卜,但又唔會覺得熱氣,唔錯喎。主菜牛背骨如其名,真的肯定是慢煮20小時以上,要不肉質不會那麼腍,還要那麼入味,完全唔使刀叉切,都輕易食得到啊。扁意粉個 texture 超有咬口,配合埋個白汁,好食到令人食到停唔到口,再配埋藍青口,我覺得呢一道菜性價比非常高。
