又去咗觀塘鴻圖道「Flames」食晚飯,Order咗兩個主食,今次都Order翻個自家製手工薄餅食下先,仲要有Live Music聽,好Chill吖!*此餐廳收取加一服務費。香草紅酒汁燴牛面肉配忌廉薯蓉烤蔬菜(單點$268),牛面肉肉質軟腍、帶有骨膠原,牛味濃厚,食落好入味,忌廉薯蓉口感幼滑,配菜包括有紅甜菜、冬菇、蘑菇、甘筍、珍珠筍、椰菜花、西蘭花。夏威夷薄餅(單點$178),即叫即做,表面鋪滿巴馬火腿,味道鹹香,配以新鮮菠蘿食用,味道酸甜,配以俄勒岡葉、聖馬札諾番茄醬、馬蘇里拉芝士食用,味道好豐富,薄餅批底口感煙韌,食落帶有麵粉香味,批邊口感外香脆內鬆軟。
