特登嚟到橋底度食串燒,上網見評語幾好,估唔到出色嘅唔單只係串燒仲有呢個自家製薄荷冰粉。好正常應該會同大家講串燒食咗啲乜嘢,但今次一反常態,要介紹咗個甜品薄荷冰粉自己煲嘅薄荷底配上冰粉山楂黑糖等等,口感冰涼好解辣,暫時食過最吸引我嘅冰粉,係香港啊!大廚話佢每一日新鮮整個冰粉底,所以呢賣完就冇㗎啦!一人一碗解辣啱啱好!串燒方面點左但係唔記得影相,食咗呢個牛脷薄片,好有口感同𡁻頭。必食呢個牛小排,燒到肉質鮮嫩,牛味豐富。有兩個鍋㗎不過呢今次嗌左個全牛鍋,就覺得好似上次另外一個雜錦鍋抵食啲。因為呢一個全牛鍋,全部都係牛肚嚟嘅,相比上次嗰個雜錦呢又有唔飽又有菜又有肉呢就抵食好多。都睇個人喜好啦!食完之後忍唔住再叫多一次冰粉,真係好好味囉!夜晚時間係星期六日真係好多人最好打電話嚟睇吓有冇得訂枱。

自己煲嘅薄荷底配上冰粉山楂黑糖等等,口感冰涼好解辣,暫時食過最吸引我嘅冰粉,係香港啊!大廚話佢每一日新鮮整個冰粉底,所以呢賣完就冇㗎啦!一人一碗解辣啱啱好!

有兩個鍋㗎不過呢今次嗌左個全牛鍋,就覺得好似上次另外一個雜錦鍋抵食啲。因為呢一個全牛鍋,全部都係牛肚嚟嘅,相比上次嗰個雜錦呢又有唔飽又有菜又有肉呢就抵食好多。都睇個人喜好啦!

食完之後忍唔住再叫多一次冰粉,真係好好味囉!夜晚時間係星期六日真係好多人最好打電話嚟睇吓有冇得訂枱。
