To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這家位於平民區的茶餐廳已有多年的歷史，出名的是它的奶茶黃菠蘿包。香港的菠蘿包不代表有新鮮的菠蘿，而是在麵包的表皮上有一層脆脆的香濃的脆皮。這家的菠蘿包是我吃到的最好吃的一家， 其他店舖的菠蘿包一吃菠蘿皮一咬就散，碎沒很多，吃起來很狼狽，但這家的不但不碎，而且還很香。此外，奶茶也有傳統香港的「「茶走」」，嚴格來說就是奶茶加煉奶。但這裏的奶茶香濃，喝下去順口，好喝。這天我還叫了出前一丁早餐，面煮得剛剛好，還有彈牙的感覺。
