今日去咗北角,記得朋友講過呢條橫街有好多餐廳,就特登去睇吓,行咗一圈,揀咗呢間新開嘅日式餐廳。叫咗$98嘅午市套餐「蒲燒鰻魚爆丼伴溫泉蛋玉子定食」,仲包沙律、前菜、麵豉湯、飲品。沙律先上,幾新鮮,配有酸酸甜甜嘅沙律汁好開胃;麵豉湯都唔錯;前菜係醬油牛舌,呢個出奇地好味,牛舌非常軟,煮得啱啱熟,有小驚喜😋跟住上埋「蒲燒鰻魚丼飯」,飯面鋪滿鰻魚,全部係一口bite size, 食起嚟非常方便;仲有隻溫泉蛋,整體賣相好靚,個丼碗晤係好大,但係其實份量都幾多;鰻魚肉質軟熟好味,配合燒汁同飯一齊食好正😋飲品我就叫咗熱咖啡,幾香幾滑。簡單而滿足嘅一餐😁
