今日約左舊同事放工去Royal INN食飯 因為平日較少食西餐,加上食物質素有驚喜嘅關係,喺度記錄下。餐廳喺The ONE 1樓盡頭,離遠已經公到間餐廳佈置好靚,好適合打卡。我地坐喺餐廳「戶外」自成一角嘅dining area,唔怕比人望到嘅話都幾好feel,可以望到九龍公園園景(男女約會request坐室內,氣氛同佈置會更好)。今日有set dinner menu,不過我地散叫。餐廳推介牛油香煎蟹餅,我地二話不說叫咗先。落單叫牛扒時,侍應問我地要唔要加埋bone marrow,一於加埋啦,再嗌多個Risotto。Appetizer↘牛油香煎蟹餅 $138好精緻!好濃蟹味,上面嘅toppings有芒果同蕃茄,酸酸地夾埋一齊食好開胃。Main course↘ 炭燒8oz安格斯裙柳牛扒 + 燒牛骨髓 $298 + $68我地要5成熟,出到黎熟左啲,但都好食到牛扒嘅高質素同嫩滑。上枱已經切埋件,好方便。牛扒仲跟左個焗薯,平時出面食焗薯,好多時薯皮都唔好食,而呢度嘅薯皮好香脆。至於bone marow,上枱後5分鐘仲見到好多泡泡喺骨髓面頭,因為好熱呀!平日鐘意食bone marrow既朋友一定

好香黑松露味,最值得讚揚既係Risotto既質感,外表軟滑但中心仍保留些微硬度,半生熟咁。好好味😀
