從前這兒是我和hubby吃越菜的必然選擇,今午一訪,餐廳差不多座無虛席,人頭湧湧的。和平日寧靜的環境成一強烈對比。 越式春卷:大小適中,不會太粗令你食得狼狽。春卷皮薄香脆,內有甘筍,粉絲蝦米等,咬落仲有濃濃芋香,同香菜香料的味道。春卷包上生菜沾汁同食:生菜不但減低左肥膩的感覺之餘,又增添爽脆口感。非常不錯! 生牛肉粉:湯底清澈,帶濃郁牛骨甜味同肉鮮味,這湯底認真不錯。牛肉份量適中,全是薄片。上枱之時,所有牛肉已經熟透了,變得有點老。蘿蔔清甜軟稔,索曬湯的味道,非常不錯。河粉非常滑溜,既軟滑又吸到湯汁,真的好吃!
