To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 由於ifc分店係lunch hour時段係超級多人, 所以今次特意來到大角咀食依家星級點心店. 根據之前經驗, 除左酥皮叉燒包係比較impressive之外, 其他點心都只係一般水平 (當然我無試晒全部list上既點心...). 所以, 每次叉燒包都係必叫之一. 一如以往~酥皮叉燒包仍然都係好好味~~無令我失望. 另外, 估唔到今次馬拉糕有驚喜, 竟然散發住甜甜地, 有d糖既香味~比一般既好食~正! 此外, 我地仲食左粉果同鳳爪排骨飯. 粉果同出面個d無咩分別. 鳳爪排骨飯就可以話係好壞參半, d排骨唔錯, 比出面個d好~食到有肉味而唔係雪味. 不過可惜d飯唔得...d米唔好食...而鳳爪, 佢依隻係似人地炆個種(膠質多d), 但其實我比較欣賞平時個隻...一般般啦~總括黎講: 依度點心質素算ok, 但唔係真係出色得咁緊要, 個笑面係比酥皮叉燒包同馬拉糕的!
