To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 聽演唱會之前,到附近食飯,之前朋友已經介紹十三姨的酸菜魚不錯,原來這裡都有分店。7点鐘左右,店舖外已經非常多人排隊入座。 招牌十三姨酸菜魚,可以選擇辣度,用的是鱸魚,魚肉質非常嫩滑,本身的酸菜湯底味道適中,沒有搶走魚的鮮味,再配有大豆芽菜,萵筍,酸菜及水晶粉,雖然是2人份量,但非常充足,好味,價錢也很合理。 手撕雞涼粉,特製的醬汁,味道香,不算辣,亦不太咸,混入雞絲及涼粉後,味道剛剛好,做頭盤也非常合適。 熗炒花菜,花菜本身很新鮮,很有益,用四川的炒法,加入少許的辣椒乾及調味,已經很好味了,而且非常有鍋氣。
