To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

作爲一個酸菜魚愛好者，今次就黎試下呢間係旺角鬧市嘅酸菜魚。必食冷鍋酸菜魚(唔辣)🐟兩個人食份量都十分足夠，魚嘅件數都好多，仲配有大量寬粉、酸菜同少量嘅萵筍。因爲我唔太食辣，所以叫左唔辣，但湯底依然有水準，唔會齋酸。全部嘅鍋都可以食完再加湯變打邊爐。清炒萵筍呢個萵筍片相對偏油，味道就不過不失。夫妻肺片(唔辣)🐂夫妻肺片可以叫唔辣，梗係試下啦。有牛展、牛脷、金錢肚，全部都好夠味，而且食落口仲有好香濃嘅麻油味🤤。其質已經好飽，但男友堅持要食埋甜品，好彩份量剛剛好👍🏻黑糖糍粑(細)細份嘅黑糖滋粑有 5件，上面撒上黄豆粉，配有黑糖漿，炸到恰當好處，外脆内煙煙靭靭😋。紅糖桂花冰粉冰粉配有紅糖水底同埋少量桂花、紅莓乾，最後配上一碗冰粉，淡淡嘅桂花香，完美。
