To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天有空再約同朋友到木兆小品享用晚餐, 由於我地六點左右己到, 所以很快找上相當舒適卡位坐下, 今晚大家點選了其他菜式, 餐牌製作精美, 相片影得好吸引, 最後我點選了厚切葱油豬扒飯, 另加$5 太陽煎蛋; 豬扒鬆脆美味, 一咬即分開, 甚有豬味, 加上蔥油和熱辣辣嘅煎太陽蛋汁, 確實是天下美食,非常滿足.我朋友就點叫了一客小菜, 沙嘜牛肉通菜配熱奶茶; 牛肉嫩滑帶著濃濃沙嘜香味, 通菜香脆新鮮, 令你食慾大增; 特別一提, 佢地自製的凍檸茶, 是用上新鮮嘅橙, 飲時食到粒粒橙粒, 充滿口感, 美味非常, 值得推介給大家.
