是日中午和幾個朋友慕名而來吃Master Kama的龍蝦包(哈哈真的有一位跟我同樣愛吃的女生叫Kama)餐廳裝修簡約,尤其喜歡一排湖水綠色的沙發,坐在這角落感覺特別悠閒……這個龍蝦公仔像真的一樣!先來一些小食,三重芝士肉醬薯條及墨西哥脆片邪惡得很薯條炸至金黃香脆,加上濃稠的芝士肉醬非常惹味!墨西哥脆片很快變腍,要趁熱吃啊!切開龍蝦玉子燒看得出真材實料啊雞蛋卷入口嫩滑,包裹著鮮甜龍蝦肉,十分爽彈(啖啖都是龍蝦肉呢)終於到主角出場!是每日限量供應的龍蝦匯 龍蝦套餐包括龍蝦包、烤蒜蓉牛油龍蝦、龍蝦什錦海鮮石鍋湯烏冬或飯,最啱開心share! 龍蝦包包身烘得金黃香脆,咬落鬆軟,牛油香氣突出,內藏半隻龍蝦肉,爽口彈牙還伴有一籃薯條番薯條,外脆內軟,薯味十足!烤蒜蓉牛油龍蝦味道則一般,龍蝦鮮味一般,淋上青檸牛油汁挺開胃的。龍蝦石鍋選了配烏冬,上枱時還滋滋作響~龍蝦濃湯用龍蝦殼熬煮而成,味道濃郁,龍蝦湯帶有龍蝦鮮味,烏冬煙煙韌韌,掛湯力高,非常滿足啊餐廳趁夏天推出了一系列抹茶鹹、甜點,抹茶控看到必定瘋狂!抹茶布丁奶以抹茶粉、北海道3.6牛乳及忌廉沖調,抹茶甘苦與牛奶甜香並重,我最喜歡底部滑溜無比的抹
