原個蟹蓋填滿蟹肉, 面層鋪上芝士一起焗, 用附上的小餐匙一羹羹吃, 啖啖蟹肉充斥口腔, 芝士味香濃creamy, 蟹肉柔滑不乾, 相當令人回味. 點綴以白飯魚乾拼成的魚乾片, 都幾有趣, 但又令我有一點密集恐懼XD...不過炸過的小魚相當香脆, 鹹鮮鬆化, 跟蟹肉的鮮甜相得益彰. 伴碟是微苦澀的火箭菜, 正好能減膩, 帶出層次感.

蟹肉的味道基本上跟釀蟹蓋差不多, 只是少了芝士味, 多了香草味道. 相對較乾身, 沒太多忌廉,意式麵包式頗具韌性, 似法包, 並非香脆型, 嚼勁不錯. 味道清淡.

​逐樣拿出細數, 分別有半隻法國膏蟹, 2隻大蝦, 扇貝, 大蜆, 魷魚, 青口, 另外還有些甘筍和粟米作配菜.

主角當然是法國膏蟹, 切了幾份, 可見紅褐色的蟹膏佈滿在蟹肉上, 蟹蓋也充滿了蟹膏, 可用匙刮出來吃. 蟹肉很新鮮, 一絲一絲的充滿彈性, 而蟹箝也很大隻, 啖啖肉, 鮮味突出. 至於蟹膏跟平時吃開的本地蟹不同, 屬紅色硬膏, 口感結實, 脂香都頗濃郁. 我就一向喜歡吃肉多於膏, 這些膽固醇留給另一半啦~

其他海鮮也夠新鮮和彈牙, 其中以魷魚的口感最為突出, 彈性十足, 一點也不會韌, 魷魚鮮味也很出色. 配上微辣的香草牛油汁, 都幾惹味. 不過若然汁料是分開會更好一點, 吃時才自己加入, 因為吃到後來感覺全個拼盤也是同一種味道, 有點單調.

甜品: 日式厥餅
雖然跟西化的海鮮餐有點格格不入, 但反正是Fushion菜, 也沒有關係. 軟糯的厥餅配以黃豆粉和黑糖漿, 是最傳統吃法, 厥餅清淡中帶微澀, 配上同樣淡味的黃豆粉, 不過甜又能解之前的濃味, 不錯.

​十月又是食蟹季節, 但大閘蟹近年屢爆問題, 沒有太放膽去吃, 解解蟹癮, 向洋蟹入手都頗有新鮮感. Holy Crab套餐以外, 還有不少單點美食, 見鄰座兩少女點了龍蝦飽, 賣相吸引, 價錢只要二百多元也很合理, 有機會要一試.

主角來了,賣相相當不俗,好重蒜香牛油味,不愧為招牌菜,麵包經過烤焗脆口暖暖的,感覺不像之前在東京名店Luke's Lobster吃過的那樣,蝦肉新鮮,口感不錯,拼薯條一set幾好👍🏻👍🏻

面頭點綴了以白飯魚夾扁製成的脆片,筆者試了一小片,帶點鹹香,當零食也一流!將所有配菜拌勻後,芝士蟹肉原本已經十分鮮味,加上了三文魚子的鹹甘與爆香口感,白飯魚脆片的鹹香與脆脆口感,及火箭菜的清新,層次豐富而合拍,鮮甜滿載,真想叫「伙計,多來一客!」因為都只是加$68多一客;但其實一個蟹蓋份量已相當足,兩個人吃剛好!寶寶也吃得津津有味!

軟包上鋪滿蟹肉沙律,又一款鹹香鮮味美食,上面再配以洋蔥與車厘茄及灑上香草,口感與味覺層次都進一步豐富,好可惜,筆者只有幸吃了兩小口,因寶寶吃完原來給他的一半後,馬上「搶」了另一片,似乎小伙子也很識食呀!

拼盤配上惹味香口牛油汁,汁有點微辣,但不能吃辣的筆者覺得不算辣,但將拼盤提味不少!!!拼盤有半隻膏蟹、兩隻大大隻扇貝、大大隻蝦,及一些青口、魷魚片、蜆等等,因為一個併盤的份量為半隻膏蟹,所以蟹蓋也是一半,但已非常大隻,而且有很多蟹膏!令愛吃蟹膏的筆者感動!蟹腳蟹鉗同樣地肥厚,肉汁豐盛,鮮味無比,因蟹肉沒有沾到醬汁,所以筆者讓寶寶也嘗了幾口,他馬上要求要更多!

餐廳亦很細心地附上手套、鉗子與小桶,方便吃蟹及丟蟹殼,不怕弄髒手亦不怕吃得不爽啦!筆者試過原汁原味的鮮甜多汁的蟹肉後,就試試其他海鮮,在醬汁的提味後,都似乎更鮮更甜。拼盤底部,還有不少粟米、薯仔、小椰菜球等配菜,索滿醬汁的小椰菜是筆者最愛,吃著配菜,也很夠飽。

Dessert (黃豆粉黑糖抹茶啫喱)

甜品是灑上黃豆粉的抹茶啫喱,澆上黑糖後,溶掉的黃豆粉覆蓋了抹茶啫喱,令甜味更均勻,幼滑的抹茶啫喱帶點甜、帶點澀、帶點回甘、似洗淨了用餐的濃味,多國fusion中,以此一道甜點,收了畫龍點睛之效。

同朋友搵野食,openrice 上搵到依間,冇唸到唔洗等就可以入座,環境舒服唔嘈,可以慢慢享受美食。Order 完都好快就有野食,可惜試唔到龍蝦湯,就叫左青口。一人前其實2個人食都已經飽左,唸唔到2人既話點食😅 6格小食每樣都唔錯,蝦同蛤肉食完會想食泰國野,因為幾野味。蟹多士都鬆趣,唔錯。飲品倒左d 檸檬汁會變色,幾特別,味道又岩岩好。海鮮盤就味道差少少,味道可以增強d ! 價錢就貴左d , 可以出去高級d 既地方食 🙈
