To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 一直都有光顧該店,一直都想寫個食評。悠閒星期天大約十二時半再來用餐,店裡員工依然親切有禮,不用多想就照舊來個常餐: 茶走少甜、叉燒意粉、火腿炒蛋多士。不一會,奶茶、叉燒意大利粉奉上。先嘗一口我的至愛-茶走。茶味濃又夠滑!  今天要品嘗一杯高質素既奶茶並不容易,呢度杯茶就給我大滿足!再來多士配火腿炒蛋,切塊火腿加炒蛋連多士一起品嚐乃指定動作。炒蛋滑、多士外脆內軟!再來多口濃滑奶茶,然後就係叉燒意粉啦。叉燒美味、量多(附圖叉燒放底)。意粉很有咬口。今次再來,發現此店數年來食物水準依然保特,菜式(看似)簡單,但心機絶不簡單。別以為又是常餐數款作招徠,我見對面食客叫來叉燒滑蛋飯甚吸引,而且還有其他新菜式,下次來必試。我應該係當日中午第二位客人,坐下不久,其他街坊一家大細都陸續來齊齊到食好嘢。

Other Info. : 枱與枱之間設有膠版分隔已是常態,大家食得安心啦。
