同朋友👩‍🍳一齊喺尖沙咀佢話想食高質素韓國菜🇰🇷,咁我即刻腦筋急轉一吓,就決定帶朋友👩‍🍳嚟呢間韓國🇰🇷餐廳🥢開餐🤣店員姐姐攞咗好多碟泡菜嚟,所有泡菜基本上都幾好味😋$450「特選豚肉拼盤」:有三種肉,包括:厚切五花腩、豬梅花肉、豬頸肉🐷;厚切五花腩半肥瘦,豬頸肉大約 55%瘦肉45%脂肪,豬梅花肉大約 80%瘦肉20%脂肪😋,3種豬肉都非常甘香、軟熟🤩,特別係 厚切五花腩 同埋 豬頸肉,一燒嘅時候豬油洶湧澎湃而出,真係好香,同埋咁樣燒完之後好多油都出咗嚟就冇咁肥🤩,加上我嘅燒烤技術都算幾好😜,燒到外邊脆脆哋,特別香口🤣$220「參雞湯」:雞肚裏邊加滿糯米、高麗人蔘、紅棗同埋蒜頭等,材料夠晒豐富🤩,雞湯非常鮮甜,雞肉有少少咬頭🤣$110「冷麵」:鍾意食「韓國🇰🇷冷麵」特別係《平壤冷麵》(不過香港冇乜地方有得食)😅,每次去韓國🇰🇷出差都會食「韓國🇰🇷冷麵」🤩;呢度嘅「冷麵」夠煙韌,加埋芥辣同埋醋,食落開胃又好味😋;仲有半隻雞蛋、大量青瓜絲、白蘿蔔絲、蘿蔔薄片,令味道更豐富👍
