To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 生活情趣就是你氹下我,我又氹下你。因為太太知我平日工作實在太忙碌了,所以昨晚就book了一間在元朗很出名的高質素日餐廳來氹我開心。鮨文我地差唔多一年之前已經食過一次,果種感動,到而家仲回味緊唔好多講,先食前菜,茶碗蒸加入金薄、黑松露、帶子,除左好幼滑之外,仲好矜貴蜜柑鯛用蜜柑餵養,加上岩鹽,皮用熱水煨過,味道好夾,少少咸有層次平政魚爽口滑身,小小甘香,食後有餘韻深海池魚外皮經炭燒過,有炭香味加上池魚油香燒新鮮北寄貝清甜貝味,加上小清香橘子汁,帶出貝的鮮味合時秋刀魚用火燒過,上面加左炸過的大蔥絲、金泊、紫蘇花,魚油豐富野生吞拿魚魚味濃郁,加上wasabi帶出甜味吞拿魚面肉超過100kg的魚,勁香魚油,質軟鮫魚配海膽醬鬆脆,煎得剛剛好,海膽醬味道濃郁壽司:金目鯛炭火網燒過,上面加左藍寶石魚子,味道香濃,入口即溶石垣貝新鮮到上枱時仲會郁,好驚喜味道十分清甜斧山白蝦口感有少少張口,蝦味濃郁,强烈餘韻炸太刀魚,外脆內軟大拖羅魚油十足,魚肚位,有根但用刀界過和燒香,飯吸收魚油,入口即溶三文魚筋子師傅解說,筋子其實也是三文魚子,不過是新鮮從魚腹取出,故此魚子仍被卵膜包裹著,沒有經暖水沖去筋膜的程序,

師傅解說,筋子其實也是三文魚子,不過是新鮮從魚腹取出,故此魚子仍被卵膜包裹著,沒有經暖水沖去筋膜的程序,比一般加工處理過的魚子鮮味得多

加上師傅用酒醃製過,鮮味中帶有香濃酒味

唔駛多講,一睇咁膨拜的海膽量,入口溶化,鮮甜的海膽,令人感覺好幸福

最後甜品係靜崗蜜瓜,噴上威士忌,帶出甜味,為呢一晚劃上完美的句號
