我一向是雞翼迷,任何餐廳只要有雞翼,定必order, 今次竟然遇上即叫即炸的雞翼專門店,一試難忘「文清玫瑰風」,雞肉好嫩好juicy, 而且非常入味,又不會太鹹,炸雞皮非常香脆,蜜糖汁有淡淡的玫瑰花香🌹,店員好細心,明明是一客4隻,她說因為雞翼較細小,所以額外多一隻補數「韓式蟹子oppa」,絕不是勁辣,薄薄的炸粉,用了黑胡椒和香草醃制雞翼,一口雞翼,一口蟹柳蟹子,幾特別「港呢啲友情萬歲檬茶」,黑色,以為炸燶了,一問店員,才知道用紅茶醃制,入口果然有檬茶味士多啤梨番石榴乳酸與餐廳的 flamingo 好配襯一個人吃掉14隻雞中翼,好滿足
