Restaurant: Peek-A-Poke (希雲街)

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去到希雲街午餐，間間店都好多人排隊，結果剛好見到呢間餐廳有兩個位，就去左食，雖然比較迫，但係銅鑼灣都可以接受。第一次食poke bowl，原來食物的種類健康，主要係刺身、沙律菜同壽司飯。我叫左個加州風味的普通size，跟珍珠糙飯同沙律菜，不過冇晒蛋絲，就比多左d青瓜我。原本驚唔夠飽，不過黎到又發現都好多wo，D食物鋪滿晒，令人眼前一亮，一般人都夠飽。食物方面，沙律菜同刺身都好新鮮，配合埋果仁芝麻醬的配搭好好味，而果仁亦會令人更有飽肚感。下次可以再食過。
