11月生日飯一浪接一浪,朋友都好鍚我,分別帶我到了幾間西餐水準相當高的餐廳賀壽,Penthouse是其中一間。 它位於飲食集中地登龍街Midtown 30 樓,進入餐廳盡是一覽無遺的銅鑼的夜境已經令人迷醉。 所以Book位時就得要mention訂靓境位。 看看drink list, 選了一杯香甜帶果酸的House wine,同時以興奮心情迎接美食。 Penthouse Crab Cake $128唔知由何時開始,我好鐘意蟹餅,當見到餐牌上有蟹餅我一定會點。 這粒蟹餅夠圓夠,但顏色較燶扣小小分。而味道就高分,因為蟹肉多到滿瀉,混有小許洋蔥香,更加香口也有小許咬口,口感微微濕潤。 無論 配牛油果醬、蒜泥蛋黃醬、芒果醬 或都乜都唔點都一樣鮮香好好味。 接著點了兩款松露食物Truffle Tagliolini $298 一看到Menu上有手造意粉即時雙眼光。食前將半熟蛋攪拌讓蛋汁和麵條混合,令意粉入口更香滑,蛋味相當香濃。手造意粉口感 al dente,配上慢煮豬面頰肉,質感又軟又腍有肉香;相當完美 ! Size較為袖真,適合二人用,材料相當簡單,厚身Pizza上放上了半溶芝士和黑松露片和香菇等。而松露的芳香絕

對是無得輸, 未吃已深深被吸引,熱辣辣又熨口的Pizza 入口同樣是美味香脆,令人回味無窮。
