美好嘅一日由呢一餐開始,今日同友人去咗旺角呢間有暗黑工業風格嘅西餐廳食豐富 Weekend Brunch。樓高兩層,環境又大又舒服,店員服務好nice叫咗份份量好多嘅 [ 全日早餐 $138 ] 呢個餐有齊9款不同食物,有香滑黑松露炒蛋、數塊煙熏三文魚,口感軟滑鮮甜、口感香脆煙肉、配上黑醋沙律菜、煎得外脆嘅芝士香腸、香草蕃茄仔、焗豆、炒蘑菇 及 厚身香脆多士,超好滿足嘅早餐友人就叫咗份 [ 廚師特選牛扒與蛋 $178 ] 叫咗牛扒要4成熟,食落口感厚實,肉質鮮嫩,油脂較多,牛味濃郁,配上芥末醬,伴碟有香草蕃茄仔及煎雙蛋跟餐飲揀咗杯經典港式特飲 [ 黑牛 + $18 ] 當雲呢拿雪糕遇上可樂,必叫飲品;而另一杯係 [ 櫻花岩鹽咖啡 ] 入口鹹鹹甜甜嘅咖啡,口感香滑Lab Eat Bistro旺角豉油街36-42號榮高大廈地下-2樓
