To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

因為荷里活的免費泊車優惠，今天晚上跟家人去聯盛宴吃中餐。冬天來臨，都係食蟹和豆苗的季節。這裏就有兩種食物的混合菜式，就是蟹膏炒豆苗。味道相當不錯，豆苗柔嫩，蟹粉蟹膏未充足。我們亦點了白灼蝦，蝦大隻，亦夠新鮮，肉質彈牙鮮甜，分量亦沒有偷工減料。脆皮豉油雞方面，肉質亦相當好吃。服務方面，上菜速度唔錯，侍應態度亦非常良好。環境方面，座位距離合適中。整體上，味道和價錢非常合理。鄰近鑽石山地鐵站位置非常良好，沒有揸車亦非常方便。
