To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港企業就係香港企業今日去呢間意樂食下午茶 一去到前台就無人 企左一陣先有個侍應出黎帶位帶位個時一味係到諗點砌啲座位於是就比人調到去啲山旮旯位 終於坐到落去都唔洗指意叫到人黎落單呢到啲侍應個個好當你好似狗咁 舉極手都見唔到 就算隔離個檯叫到佢過黎 我諗住揚下手叫佢一陣順便落埋我呢檯啦 佢都可以睇唔到於是我出口叫「唔該」 結果個侍應同我講番「等等啦」佢有咩咁忙呢？原來又係係到調啲客嘅位調完 佢就走q左 完完全全當啲客係死嘅你問我啲野食好唔好食？ 根本就落唔到單 食空氣就有你食落後走左垃圾一間
