To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

還未上幼稚園，就跟着爸爸吃茶餐廳，我是吃茶餐廳美食長大的！現今香港的茶餐廳可以分成２派：街坊派和遊客派，我是土生土長港女，當然喜歡街坊派！味味佳在美孚新邨吉利徑，街坊派茶餐廳，客人絕大多數是美孚街坊，或裝修師傅，我是偶爾來吃早餐，有時不想煮飯，來買外賣。食物味道是可以的！早餐我喜歡吃豬扒包配熱奶茶，吃外賣的話，１個人吃会買粟米肉粒飯，１家人吃會買椒鹽豬扒、白切雞、豆腐斑腩煲、蒜蓉白菜仔。衛生一般！地板感覺污糟！濕漉漉的！餐具也不放心！要自己動手洗洗，才放心用！
