放工後與朋友上左蘇豪區食晚餐,有很多充滿異國風情的酒吧餐廳,我們選了big sir。Salchipapas 這道菜是炸薯餅十分好味,而且同平時的薯餅好唔同,呢個更加有口感,外面好鬆脆,食到停唔到口。Scallop and gazpacho青瓜凍湯翠綠色的配了兩粒大大帶子燒得剛好,帶軟熟好鮮甜的味道。Hummus, vege and egg 餐廳自家制酸麵包外脆內軟,十分香口滋味,鷹嘴豆泥點麵包和蔬菜一齊進食,!Both ribs 豬肋骨和牛肋骨,件數多仲好大件,啱曬我地兩個食肉獸。個人偏愛牛肋骨,比較入味,脂肪相對少但係肉質依然鬆軟。伴碟嘅蕃薯條係先烚後炸,甜得黎不失口感。Burnt end fried rice burnt ends 炒飯選用紅米、白米同埋野米,好高纖維之如,炒得好乾身,美味可口!donut sundae 炸冬甩上面糖粉唔會太甜,配左雪糕同埋紅桑子已經好滋味。
