To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平時在德福都是吃晚飯居多這次剛有事要處理，之後便找地方吃個下午茶充飢隨意地就來了美心Food2周日的下午茶時間超多顧客！幸好等了不久就有位子～～我點了洋蔥豬扒包拼雜果薯仔沙律老公就要了燒鴨瀨～洋蔥豬扒包拼雜果薯仔沙律，豬扒包熱烘烘的，包身夠脆！豬扒肉質夠嫩不粗糙配上略略煎香的洋蔥及醬汁，豬扒包好惹味～～！！雜果薯仔沙律，雜果以蘋果及青蘋果為主，並不是罐頭雜果蘋果爽甜，青蘋果微酸，加上沙律醬，酸酸甜甜的好開胃！！燒鴨瀨，以下午茶而言，燒鴨的份量尚可但不是啖啖肉的位置，不喜歡吃骨位的會覺得一般～燒鴨的味道不會太鹹～瀨粉的軟硬度適中質素尚算合格～不過顧客實在太多清潔的人手不足所以衛生不夠乾淨總的來說，美心下午茶的食物質素OK但衛生是有待改善～～
