To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 潮庭的裝修幾靚,杯杯碟碟也是很整齊很潔淨,對其衛生是有些信心,一行十二人,吃的不少,不過是日病了,只能在有限的胃納下試些少。流沙包 – 好像蛋黃包,蛋黃是幾香的,可惜的是’京’了,沒有流心。鳳爪 – 是夠濃味了,不過呢,鳳爪不夠肥美,就是差了一點點。普寧炸豆腐 –鹹味很不平均,大部份位置是近乎沒有味道的,點的汁也不見得有味,單單有外脆內軟還是沒用的。炸魷魚 –魷魚不韌,但炸完還是不廷身,且惹味程度一般。沙薑鳳爪 – 感覺還不錯,皮夠軟夠淋,加上幾入味,正宗與否,不知道。Xo醬炒腸粉 – xo 醬夠辣夠香啦,如果有煎一煎,香口一點有少少焦位會好些。酥皮燕窩奶撻 – 油膩感是有,酥皮不鬆,燕窩沒有味,奶不香,十分普通。牛肉腸 – 腸夠滑,ok。黑椒牛仔骨 – 很細的一粒粒牛肉,黑椒汁幾惹味,不看名字也不知它是骨。椒鹽九肚魚 – 很熱氣了,又來炸物,中間的軟淋淋,其實可不可以有多肉一點的?另外,椒鹽不夠。炸兩 – 同事們好像是喜歡,encore 了一碟,個人沒有特別好感,油炸鬼不硬,但也不見得脆呢,還是喜歡三種醬汁也落很多的舊式粥店出品。 十二人吃,吃的當然不只那麼少,只是有些連一口也未吃過

一百一十元一次午餐,有看過我的食評的人也會知道,今餐對我來說很貴了。味道未算很差的,只是大部份也未盡如意,可能在這個環境下,要求是會高的。
