「Notte」位處銅鑼灣一商廈內,餐廳面積不大,內裡被分為三間小房。我和男友二人同行,被安排坐於其中一間廂房「包場」,私隱度極高。餐廳坐擁180度一覽無遺的維港兩岸景色,可欣賞到美麗五光十色的香港夜景。餐包送到時是暖的,是健康的提子乾穀物麵包,配上黑松露牛油和橄欖油。Pan-seared Hokkaido Scallop with corn puree ($148)煎香後讓帶子嫩滑多汁,表面還有微脆的感覺。配著粟米蓉一起吃讓帶子味道更顯清甜。伴碟的大豆蓉、粟米蓉和櫻花蝦令菜式錦上添花。粟米濃湯($58/位)充滿香甜的玉米味,配上乾蔥、蘆筍和帶子,配料十分豐盛。 Honey Roasted France Yellow Spring Chicken ($268) 雞腿肉的肉質非常嫩滑,啖啖都是濃郁的黃油香味。雞皮很薄即使連皮食都不會感到油膩。伴碟的煎雜菜亦花了不少心思,全是品種特別的有機蔬菜。Sakura E-bi pasta with seafood cream sauce ($168) 忌廉汁均衡地佈滿每一條幼身的天使麵上,櫻花蝦舖滿了意大利麵上,每一口都是櫻花蝦的鮮味。
