To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

大澳舊警署改建酒店內的玻璃屋餐廳，是到大澳必須來的景点，地方非常美麗動人。一般遊客都不容錯過。今日趁遊客少的時候，馬上到餐廳吃飯，佔上了玻璃旁的位置，慢慢欣賞美麗的海景。食品是不能錯過的！肉餅飯看來是普通之極，但肉餅新鮮，肉內加入大澳地道生曬的海鮮，即海味，由廚子調制味道，使人可以吃到大澳的海味，濃郁且美味。將普通西式餐廳的漢堡套餐在旁，隨即令包失色，且漢堡肉確不比美式漢堡肉汁多，就更感肉餅飯好吃。
