昨日清酒,今日紅酒,有朋相聚,對酒當歌,人生一樂事!佳餚美酒缺一不可。Crabcake 充滿著蟹鮮,絲絲的口感,熱烘烘即炸,佐酒一流。二款不同的雞翼二種享受。buffalo 雞翼帶微辣,勁惹味。salt and pepper就外脆內軟,味道偏清淡。炸蕃薯條另一驚喜,每條充滿甜美的薯香,蘸少許自家製醬汁更添滋味,停不了口。Pizza是餐廳主打,點了一款叫Prosciutto Arugula, 餡料有風乾火腿,芝麻菜和芝士。薄薄的餅底好脆口,鹹香的火腿配以芝麻菜可中和濃郁味道,恰到好處。甜品都是我心頭好,是日甜品只有Tiramisu。順滑的口感,不甜不膩,唯獨欠缺酒香。再來一杯cappuccino 作最後完美晚餐的終結。
