上回講到喺依度食omakase食食吓忍唔住嗌枝酒自己一個飲,飲住酒食壽司刺身,提升咗成個用餐體驗,心情愉快咗🥳樂師傅好似都親切咗🤣食物都進入開始到戲肉啦😍😍飲食記錄:神奈川剝皮魚:剝皮魚以少少wasabi調味,唔會刺鼻,但好開胃😋此外亦配有食用花及金魚草,樂師傳提醒金魚草帶澀味,唔好撈埋剝皮魚食,如果想試吓咩味可以食完剝皮魚先試。試咗,覺得唔係好澀😗可能因為wasabi味中和咗😆鹿兒島縣奄美大島中拖羅:好好味💗聽住樂師傳介紹佢做中拖羅,望住佢豐腴嘅油脂,我以為我聽錯呀😧咁都唔係大拖羅⁉️中拖羅,海膽,非常鮮甜,唔帶腥味,入口即溶🤤仲要厚切,極度邪惡😈海膽亦好鮮甜🤤以紫蘇葉襯托,更顯棉滑口感!鬆脆嘅紫菜+入口即溶嘅中拖羅+棉滑嘅海膽+紫蘇葉,層次非常豐富,口感極佳!蒸炸金鯛:魚皮連鱗炸起,魚肉則清蒸至熟,層次分明,烹調方式相當考功夫👏🏻食落口感相當豐富!調味方面配以淡淡嘅南瓜蓉點綴,個人認為如果南瓜蓉濃多少少則可以錦上添花🎃岩手縣石垣貝壽司:樂師傅喺上壽司時拍打石垣貝一下,石垣貝肉即時收縮,可見佢相當新鮮👍🏻石垣貝肉質都幾爽,只係略嫌壽司飯有啲濕,可能係石垣貝太多水份🤔因為其他壽司飯無咁濕
