同朋友去完南丫島玩,落船已經好肚餓,就諗住去香港仔搵啲嘢食。行咗幾條街都好似冇乜嘢特別,大家都想食辣嘢就試吓呢一間,估唔到有意外驚喜。坐低先知道呢間原來係連鎖店,好多人喺裏面食酸菜魚,不過我唔啱,所以就叫咗呢個乾鍋。乾鍋裏面炒嘅材料,全部都係自己選擇,即係裏面所有嘅嘢都可以揀自己鍾意食嘅。我個評語係夠辣同埋香口,雖然望落去真係好唔健康,但係間唔中食一餐半餐冇問題嘅。最令我感動嘅係,我哋叫咗其中一樣材料係鵪鶉蛋,佢地唔係就咁放啲鵪鶉蛋落去炒,連鵪鶉蛋都係炸過然後先炒,多一重口感,亦都更加香。不過可惜嘅係,年糕係同一個炮製方法,先炸後炒,但係就炸得太乾身,所以比較硬。
