To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

一年一度的新年又快到了,又是和家人一起吃飯的時候。下班後和家人相約於尖沙咀地鐵站找地方吃晚餐。粟米湯之後店家端上粟米湯和面包。個人覺得湯的質感可以再幼滑一點。燒火雞雜菜沙律是西餐前菜必備的菜式。它的意大利黑醋帶有甜味,很是開胃。芝士龍脷魚卷配時蔬龍脷魚質感嫩滑,薯菜也很好吃。炭燒美國蜜糖芥末豬鞍這個是家人點的主菜。家人和我一樣覺得出色,令人一想再吃。至於豬鞍烤得剛好,不會太老也不會過生。熱情果芝士蛋糕熱情果本身清新,可清口腔中殘留的味道
