今日朋友book咗飯焗仲有得唱K,超爽呀。🎉🎉🎉。廚師發辧前菜 : 麻油黑木耳話梅蕃茄 ,鮑魚萵筍絲,琥珀合桃 :話梅蕃茄果然有話梅味,好有趣。鮑魚細粒但仍然濃厚。😋😋棗皇竹笙燉鳳尾翅:嘩,大大片翅。清湯令翅帶着燉湯的味道。仲有竹笙。真係好滋補。鮑魚扣鵝掌北菇:鵝掌炆得好入味又好淋,輕輕一切就可骨肉分離。好開心又可以再食鮑魚,今次係大隻的,yeah😍😍😍乾邑鵝肝煎帶子:鵝肝香煎,入口即溶。帶子大大隻,煎香,軟滑,味美。XO醬碧綠醬炒双蚌:廚師煮双蚌的時間剛剛好,蚌好彈牙。用XO醬完全帶出蚌的鮮甜味而又惹味。瑤柱翡翠炒𢇁苗:一碟有一碗份量的。每粒飯都有蛋黃。飯粒粒分明。鮮奶燉燕窩:燉鮮奶只係小小甜,好滑。同燕窩一齊食真係好滋補。仲有任食 Haagen Daze 雪糕,真係鬧心。一邊食一邊唱,工作的壓力都消失於美食同歌聲中。
