唐宮小聚,有好一段時間未有約朋友到這裡相聚,記得當年剛開張,以巨型乒乓波枱及維肖維妙的松露冬菇包作賣點,而又把京滬菜式點心化,正好捉到年青客人的心意,一時無兩,我亦早已到過潮聖,近日想起來,於是發局,一伙人浩浩蕩蕩去看看,今次刻意到未去過的尖沙咀店。 位於人氣旺盛的商場三樓,未到已經感到熱鬧氣氛,建議必須訂位,以免有排等。 面積比想像中大,風格有些文青感,以櫃架分隔區域,架上放置懷舊精品及有趣物件,包括飲品及碗碟,擺設整齊得來隨意。 開放廚房的一角,展示了許多不同動物造型的包包,頗有趣。 既然是美食之聚,大家開懷地吃,每人選三至四款,總數變成近廿款,懷舊嘗新,說不上有驚喜,但亦不乏新意,水準不錯。 這晚最抵食的是白玉乳鴿,特選吸客優惠,每只才$25,雖說妙齡,實際上不太細小。 取名白玉,我估是表明以正宗潮州白滷水汁醃味的原因,顏色對辦,辛香芬芳,醃至非常入味,小骨能吮出肉汁來,這就正是乳鴿滋味之原因。 最多朋友欣賞的是陳釀醉蟹 $69,酒香醋量恰到好處,蟹膏豐腴,味甘香,稍嫌蟹仔太細,每一口皆咬到殻,口感略為失分。 辣口水雞 (例) $69 極有四川風味,香辣中透出點點麻
