半生熟溫泉蛋和蒸飯是分開上桌的,正式開動前再將溫泉蛋擺放在飯面,愉快地享用。甜豉油也是另上的,份量豐儉由人。

蒸飯粒粒分明,乾濕適中,而且還能感受到淡淡的荷葉香。

免治牛肉份量充足,男士也夠飽。加了馬蹄令整體口感更為清爽、有層次。

金錢肚是筆者最愛吃的點心,每件金錢肚的尺寸偏大件,口感更為滿足。特製醬汁的味道濃郁而入味。底下還有切成條狀的白蘿蔔當配菜。
